1.Responsible for oversea foreign teachers channel development and maintenance, explore foreign teacher channels, discuss cooperation model and daily communication;
2.Participate in overall planning foreign teachers preliminary test, interview process, on boarding training, exam quality of hiring from vendors;
3.Proactively involve in cross department communication on foreign teachers hiring (sales & product development team, scheduling as well as GTR Committee);
4.Manage key & core teachers, updating hiring requirement based on most efficiency resource to meet education quality;
5.Manage in house recruiting team to finish English contactant selection process based on target plan;
6.Other special project assign to support teacher PR team for employer branding purpose.
1.Bachelor degree or above from a recognized university, preferred with oversea study experiences;
2.Fluent English speaking;
3.Integrity, passion, responsibility, positive and active, good at communication with people, willing to work under fast speed working condition and industry;
4.Prefer to have people management experiences;
5.At least above 4+ years working experiences.
RMB: 20000-40000 yuan per month
